How we do it

Once you have contacted our offices, a dedicated consultant will be in touch to set up your first appointment. The first appointment will include inspection of the lot to ensure it complies with the City of Toronto’s performance standards and requirements.
If we have found the space to be adequate, we will then move along to an official consultation. Here, one of our team members will discuss pre-approved plans and design as well as the layout requirements of your dream home.
Floor Plan and Design
After the consultation, we will draw and design the floor plan. This includes other design and furnishing elements for a comprehensive quotation. If you are happy with everything provided and prescribed, we can start building!
Building the House
By this point, we have an approved floor plan that fits with the City of Toronto’s prerequisites and specifications. Now we can start the construction on your prefab laneway home. This is completed off-site which ensures minimal impact to the environment.
Structure Delivery and Assembly
Once the construction is completed, we’ll set up a date to deliver and assemble your new home. The process will only take one working day. You will be able to move in on the same day. We take every precaution to ensure the assembly process goes smoothly and swiftly, with minimal inconvenience to you.
Congratulations! By the end of the day, you will be the proud new owner of a laneway home. As mentioned, the assembly can take up to 8 hours. Once complete, you can move into your specially designed and approved laneway home.
