We do this by providing emerging young leaders and entrepreneurs with unequaled leadership experiences, developing their professional abilities through action learning, mentorship and coaching, and dialogues. Participants build a supportive and active peer network that links 21inc participants with alumni, supporters, and relevant stakeholders through which they grow their professional skills and make a significant impact on the economic and social wellbeing of our communities.
