Ed Broadbent, former leader of the federal New Democrats and 2005 Globe and Mail person of the year, was in town recently to give a talk at UNB on poverty and inequality. While he was in town 21inc joined forces with the Roundtable on Self Sufficiency to capture on video a wide ranging conversation between him and several NB Leaders, including Opposition Leader David Alward, Minister of Social Development Kelly Lamrock, 21inc alumni and Trudeau Scholar Leah Levac, and moderated by a rising star within government, Lisa Lane. It's all a continuation of our mission to develop and inspire new and emerging leaders. We learned a lot doing this video conversation, our first, and will only get better as we bring you more in the future in both official languages. We've divided the video into bite size clips below.
