21inc focuses on developing New Brunswick’s and Atlantic Canada's new and emerging leaders into the best leaders in Canada. We do this by providing emerging young leaders and entrepreneurs with unequaled leadership experiences, developing their professional abilities through action on some of our most pressing challenges. Participants build a supportive and active peer network that links 21inc participants with program alumni and supporters, through which these young leaders grow their professional skills and make a significant impact on the economic and social wellbeing of our communities
