21inc’s signature program, 21 Leaders, is an annual, part-time 10 month advanced leadership experience that increases the abilities, expectations and ambition of Atlantic Canada’s top young people. It expedites the time needed for our region’s top young people to assume and be effective in positions of leadership.

Participants are relatively new in the labor force, ranging in age from 20 to 35. Selected because of proven or potential leadership, they are ambitious, driven, span the entire ideological spectrum and hungry to learn and improve.
